Children and guardians — how it works
The child is the member of the association — you as a guardian have your own account connected to the child. Through it you can RSVP to events for the child, follow attendance, get notifications and pay the child's fees.
How you get connected to your child
Most commonly the association invites you: you get an email, tap "Join as guardian", and are then connected to the child.
You can also connect yourself if the child is already a member: go to Account → Linked accounts → "Link accounts", choose the association and the child, and send the request. A leader in the association approves it before the connection activates.
If the association has a public page you can also apply there — choose "My child is in the association". A leader approves first there too.
If you have several children in the association you only need one account — all your children are connected to the same guardian account.
What you can do as a guardian
RSVP to events for your child.
On the association's home screen you see upcoming events and tap "Sign up {name}" or "Can't". The primary guardian is the one who responds.
Follow attendance.
You see the child's attendance as a percentage and can open the full attendance overview.
Pay your child's fees.
Payment requests for the child are sent to you as the guardian, with a personal payment link in the email.
Good to know
A child should have at least one guardian connected — the last connection cannot be removed without another guardian being added first. For children under 13, guardian consent is required for the association to process the child's data.
Secondary guardians (a grandparent or a neighbour, for example) can follow the child but not write in the chat.
