Inviting members to your association
There are three ways to invite members: a personal invitation by email or SMS, a sharing link you spread in any channel, or importing a whole member list from a file.
Personal invitation
Go to Members and tap the plus button.
Fill in name and email or phone number.
An invitation with a personal link is sent automatically.
Sharing link
Under Members → Invite there is a link you can copy and share however you like — in a text message, a Facebook group or at the next board meeting. Anyone who opens the link can join the association.
If the address already belongs to a Membly account
It resolves automatically. If the person already has a Membly account — even with a different address linked — the invitation finds the right account, and the association appears next to their other memberships. You never need to ask which address someone "has in Membly".
If the invitation does not arrive
Check that the address is correct under Members, and ask the person to check their spam folder. From the member's profile you can tap "Send invitation again". If you invited many at once: go to the Invited tab and tap "Send to all not joined" — anyone who already joined is skipped and nothing is sent twice. As a last resort: send the sharing link manually.
