Payments are optional
If you collect membership fees or activity payments in the app, the association always receives the full amount it asked for. The 25 SEK service fee, VAT included, is added to the member's payment and covers all payment handling — Membly takes no percentage on top. Keeping track of shared expenses is always free, and you can use Membly without the payment features entirely.

What does Membly cost for an association?
Membly costs 299 SEK per month, VAT included. The price is per association and covers the whole association — every member uses the app for free, however many you are. If you want your own version with your logo and colours, Membly Whitelabel is available on request.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. The subscription runs month to month and you can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, Membly keeps working until the end of the period and then stops. No notice periods and no cancellation fees.
Is support included?
Yes. Email support is included in the price, for every association and every member. There are no support packages to buy. Write to contact@membly.app and we will answer.
Is there an extra cost per member?
No. The price is per association, not per member. Growing from 20 to 200 members costs the same. Members never pay anything to use the app.
Can we change plan?
There is only one plan per association type, so there are no tiers to upgrade or downgrade between — every feature is included from the start. The plan follows the association type you picked when you created the association. If your association type changes, write to contact@membly.app and we will move you at no cost.
Can we collect membership fees directly in Membly?
Yes. You connect the association to Stripe — the form takes about five minutes, then Stripe runs its checks, usually a day or so before payouts are live. After that you send the membership fee straight from the app. The member pays by card or Klarna from a link in the email, without logging in. Payment methods are set by Membly and are the same for every association — they cannot be changed per association. Payouts go to the association's own bank account, from its own Stripe account; Membly never holds your money. You see in real time who has paid. The association receives the full amount it asked for — the 25 SEK service fee is added to the member's payment, and Membly takes no percentage on top. If someone pays another way, by Swish to the treasurer or in cash, you mark it as paid and the list still adds up. The whole payment feature is optional.
How does the free trial work?
The first 30 days are free and you do not need a card to get started. When the trial ends you actively choose whether to continue — nothing is charged automatically.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. You can export the member register and records at any time, and ask for the data to be deleted. Membly is built and hosted inside the EU and never sells member data.
