This is built and finished, not planned. Most of it is already running in associations; felanmälan opens together with Boende.
Document archive with a ready-made structure
Seven folders — Styrning, Ekonomi, Underhåll, Avtal, Möten, Boende and Mallar (governance, economy, maintenance, contracts, meetings, residents and templates) — are created automatically when the association is registered. Each document can be set to visible to all residents or to the board only.
Noticeboard and house rules
Trivselregler, practical information and routines as pages of their own. Pin what matters most, and choose per page whether it is visible to all residents or to the board only.
Calendar with RSVP and reminders
Convene the stämma, the städdag and the board meeting. Residents answer Yes, Maybe or Can't, everyone with an account gets a reminder beforehand, and an admin can nudge those who haven't replied.
Announcements that reach everyone in the app
Send an announcement to every resident with an account. It always lands in the in-app inbox, with email and push as a complement, and you see how many were reached.
A register where only the board needs an account
Every household can sit in the member register while only the board has a login — you choose per membership type. Roles and contact details live in the same place.
Chat and feed for the association
A shared room for all residents and separate rooms for groups such as the board, plus a chronological feed with no algorithm and no advertising.
Felanmälan with a reply loop
A resident reports a fault, the förvaltare gets an email they can reply to, and the reply lands on the case in Membly. The history stays when the board changes.

Next in line. Tvättstugebokning — laundry-room booking — is not on the list; if you need it today, another app is the right choice for you.
Protocol signing with BankID
Attest (justera) and sign board minutes digitally, with a timestamp per signatory.
Read confirmation
An important message where each resident actively confirms they have read it — and the board sees who has.
Invoice instead of card
Pay for Membly against an invoice with payment terms, for treasurers who book through a bankgiro.
