How to sign in — without a password
Membly has no passwords. You enter your email address and receive an email with a magic link and a one-time code — click the link, or type in the code if you have the email on another device.
What to do
Open membly.app and tap "Log in".
Enter your email address and tap "Send magic link".
Use the address you joined your association with. If you signed in with Google before, choose "Continue with Google" instead.
Open the email and click the link — or type in the code.
The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you read the email on another device, enter the one-time code under "Or enter the code from the email".
If it says "We couldn't find an account"
It means the address you entered does not belong to any Membly account. The most common reason is that you joined with a different address — many people have both a personal and a work address. Try your other addresses first, before creating a new account.
If you create a new account with an address that is already in use, nothing is duplicated — you are simply signed in to your existing account.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam folder — sign-in emails are sometimes classed as spam. After a minute you can tap "Send again". If you have tried many times in a row, sign-in may pause temporarily; wait a while and try again.
