Two accounts? How to gather everything into one
Two accounts usually happen when an invitation went to a different email address than the one you normally sign in with. You gather everything into one account in two steps: delete the account you do not want to keep, then link its address to the account you are keeping.
Before you start
Decide which account you are keeping — the one with your memberships, children and history. If one account is empty (a sign-in mistake), the choice is easy, and nothing is lost.
If both accounts have memberships: download a copy of your data from the account you are about to delete ("Download my data" at the bottom of Account). Deleting the account ends its memberships — the association's attendance and payment history is kept for bookkeeping, but disconnected from you. Ask the association's administrator to add you again afterwards — the invitation will then find the right account.
What to do
Sign in to the account you do NOT want to keep.
Check under Account → Email addresses which address is marked "Primary" — that is the address that will be freed.
Delete the account: Account → "Delete my account".
You confirm by typing the account's email address. The address becomes available again once the account is deleted.
Sign in to the account you want to keep.
Link the freed address: Account → Email addresses → "Add email address".
You confirm with a six-digit code sent to the address. From then on both addresses work for signing in, and future invitations to either address find the right account.
If the account cannot be deleted
Membly refuses to delete an account that is the last administrator of an association, that owns an association, or that is the only guardian of a child under 13. In that case, appoint another administrator or guardian first.
