Split the association into sections, classes or teams. Every group gets a chat, a calendar and a feed of its own, so nobody has to read everything.
Digital membership card
Every member carries their card on their phone, with a QR code that can be verified at the door. One card per person, holding every membership.
Documents
Statutes, minutes and annual reports where members can find them. You decide what is open to everyone and what stays with the board.
Information pages
The things that should stay put — rules, practical information and routines. Pages you write once and can pin to the home screen.
The Membly assistant
A built-in assistant that answers questions about how Membly works. It never sees another association’s data.
